Daylight &
Flashlights

Twilight – 6:44am

Sunrise- 7:10am

There will be low visibility on the trail for the first 10 mins of the race, with it becoming lighter by 6:44am.  If you would like to bring a flashlight but don’t want to carry it through out the race you are welcome to drop it off at any of our aid stations down the course and we will return it to the finish line by 8:00am to 8:30am @ the HQ tent. If you choose this option, be sure to put your name somewhere on the flashlight so it can be identified when picked up.

Pacers

Big thanks to American Flyers Race Pacers who will be providing our pacers for this race. We will have pacers for 1:40, 2:00, 2:10, and 2:30 finish times. They will be holding signs with their respective pace for your reference.

Course Etiquette

This is an open to the public paved trail with a divider line down the middle. Please run on your right and pass on your left and be considerate of runners coming from the opposite direction.

Injury and/or Emergency Protocol

For injuries, please head to the closes Aid Station to receive medical attention. If you cannot make it to an aid station, give as much detail to other runners as possible so we know where you are along the course and our Medics will come to you. For Life threating situations please call 911. Medics will be staged at the Start/Finish Line throughout the duration of the event
